I3: Initiate

Our consultants are trained to understand that this process is one of the most important aspects of implementing a solution for our clients. Investigate and Illustrate processes must be carried out accordingly in order to insure the greatest level of success in project delivery.

At this point, a letter of intention is provided to our clients for assurance of the initiate process. A service level agreement is also provided to all of our clients along with a corresponding project charter outlining the estimated time, cost, and assumptions / constraints for the delivery of the solution.
