Lee Vala

As Senior Vice President of Global Development, Lee Vala is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for TAB’s international and domestic expansion, including developing supply chain management, logistics, infrastructure and master franchisee recruitment.  Lee oversees the franchise acquisition team.

Mr. Vala is a distinguished international franchise expert with extensive experience helping reputable American franchises move to global markets Lee has been involved with franchising for past 20 year in different capacities for well known franchise companies, including Quiznos, a top-rated, high-growth international franchise system; he served as Senior Vice President of International Development where he took the company to over 27 countries and territories.

Lee is well-known in international franchise investor circles, and is often a featured panel speaker about international expansion at franchise conferences around the world.

Benjamin Boi-Doku

Benjamin A. Boi-Doku is a Managing Director at Eosensa and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Eosensa’s services organization. In 2008, Mr. Boi-Doku’s leadership was instrumental in positioning Eosensa to become one of Canada’s leading providers of technology risk advisory services.

Prior to co-founding Eosensa, Benjamin’s acumen lead him to find and successfully manage a boutique marketing consultancy firm which he eventually sold after 10 years of operation. This unique entrepreneurial experience has put Mr. Boi-Doku in good stead with business management, marketing, operations, and financial dealings.

Alongside his business experience, Mr. Boi-Doku has a passion for Information Security and has held progressive security consulting and analysis positions in the past. Most recently at ADP Canada, Mr. Boi-Doku was responsible for the strategic development of internal security risk, advisory, and compliance services. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designations. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2.

An enthusiastic speaker, Mr. Boi-Doku is available for workshops and presentations. His 2008 speaking engagements included: De-mystifying the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – Tips for Compliance, Security Awareness – Training Employees to Care, and Emerging Trends in Compliance.
